Production Manager 

Responsibilities:

• Organize, coordinate and control the production process and supervise staff activity.
• Ensure/supervise the smooth production of a high-quality product.
• Manage, support and develop subordinate employees.
• Be responsible for drafting the shift schedule of subordinate employees.
• Oversee implementation of ISO standards on Environmental, Food Safety, Health and safety and Quality Systems.
• Responsible for new raw material validation.
• Manage the production priorities based on orders given by the Logistics Manager.
• Submit relevant reports according to RETAL Group reporting schedule.
• Make suggestions and recommendations to General Manager on the improvement of the work quality and work conditions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
• 3 Years in managing production sites
• 2 years in managing staff
• English/Greek
• MS Office, ERP Platform
• Problem solving, confidence, communication, team working skills, leadership and interpersonal skills
