🖋️You will be reporting to: Branch Manager Responsibilities
The Professional Sales Representative is in charge of executing the company’s strategy with his/her assigned clients (Dealers and Key Accounts) in order to achieve the designated sales targets. More Specifically He/She:
- Manage a wide distribution portfolio in different channels and professional sectors.
- Develop the distribution to enhance their sales, professionalism and involvement with our brand.
- Follow-up on offers and campaigns, POS.
- Monitor the fulfilment of targets.
- Provide commercial technical advice during joint visits with the distribution commercial tea.
- Participate and collaborate in various commercial training actions.
- Attend and participate in sectoral or local fairs.
- Improve Kärcher’s image in the different sale points.
- Prospect the market and attract potential new distributors by area and sector according to needs.
- Manage the wide portfolio of Direct Sales clients according to their assigned Target Group.
- Develop and maintain clients to boost their sales, professionalism, and involvement with our brand.
- Present products and updates to customers
- Manage and monitor the assigned accounts (key accounts) at a national level: visits, offers and monitoring, payments, etc.
- Develop and maintain the existing customers to increase sales and their involvement with our brand.
- Prospect the market and attract potential new clients in the area and sectors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience as a sales representative in Distribution Channels of an industrial machinery’s company.
- Experience in companies such as Niflisk, Stihl, Husqvarna, Makita, highly valued.
- Experience in sales channels such us Agricultural economy, Hospitality, Car Dealing, Detergents, Agricultural machines.
- Experience in the markets of the islands of Crete and Dodecanese is well appreciated.
- Good network within the professional sales sector and a good client portfolio.
- Professional training in technical area.
- Commerce and Marketing studies are valuable.
- MBA will be a plus.
- Proficient with MS Office, G-Suite.
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
- High level of English.
- Knowledge and experience in ERP & CRM systems.
- Driving license necessary.
- Availability to travel.
