Job Description
• Management of a wide distribution portfolio in different channels and professional sectors
• Management and monitoring of the assigned accounts (key accounts) at a national level: visits, offers and monitoring, payments, etc.
• Management of the wide portfolio of Direct Sales clients according to their assigned Target Group.
• Development of the distribution to enhance their sales and maintain the existing customers to increase sales, professionalism, and their involvement with Kärcher’s brand.
• Market prospecting, attracting possible new distributors by area and sector according to needs.
• Follow-up of offers and campaigns, POS.
• Monitor the fulfilment of targets.
• Commercial technical advice in joint visits with the distribution commercial team.
• Participation and collaboration in different commercial training actions.
• Attendance and participation in sectoral or local fairs.
• Improve Kärcher’s image in the different sale points.
• Presentation of products and news to customers.
Candidate’s Profile
• 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience as a sales representative
• Experience in sales channels such as Agricultural economy, Hospitality, Car Dealing, Detergents, Agricultural machines.
• Experience in Distribution Channels of an industrial machinery’s company will be highly valued.
• Experience in the markets of the islands of Crete and Dodecanese is well appreciated.
• Good network within the professional sales sector and a good client portfolio
• Proficient with MS Office (mostly Excel) and G-Suite
• Great level of the English Language
• Knowledge and experience in ERP & CRM systems
• Driving License
• Availability to travel
