How you will contribute to EveryPay's vision

We are growing our Product Development team and we are looking for a talented  Project Management Office (PMO) Lead with Significant OKR Experience.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives through the effective use of OKRs. This role requires strong project management skills, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of OKR frameworks.

What you will be doing

Indicatively, as a PMO Lead at EveryPay you will:

  1. OKR Implementation and Alignment:
  • Develop and implement OKR frameworks across the organization to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and cascade objectives throughout the organization.
  • Monitor and adjust OKRs to align with changing business priorities.

Project Management:

  • Lead the PMO in overseeing the planning, execution, and closure of projects.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Provide guidance on project management best practices.

Performance Measurement:

  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project and organizational performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness of projects in meeting OKR targets.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Provide regular updates on project and OKR status to key stakeholders.

Resource Management:

  • Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively for project success.
  • Identify and address resource constraints that may impact project delivery.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO and across projects.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and methodologies for better project outcomes.

Risk Management:

  • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or OKR achievement.
  • Develop and maintain a risk management plan for projects within the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a PMO leadership role with a focus on OKR implementation.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) and/or OKR-related certifications is highly desirable.
  • Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving organizational objectives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
