Project Management Professional in Banking Projects, Enterprises Business Unit

PLANET S.A. is looking for enthusiastic, highly skilled professionals to join our team. They will participate in Project Management roles in challenging and demanding engagements in financial institutions related to the implementation of large scale transformation programs involving indicatively organizational and operational restructuring, digital transformation, change programme management.

Responsibilities:

• Design detailed project plan for medium to large scale projects (incl. resource planning and budgeting)
• Μanage individual projects including monitoring and coordinating project tasks, issues handling and preparing reports and presentations on project progress
• Participate in team discussions assisting in the implementation of project tasks
• Propose practical recommendations to resolve project issues
• Schedule project meetings, prepare meetings’ agenda & minutes, follow up the implementation of decisions taken and tasks assigned
• Undertake the implementation of selected project tasks with increased independence
• Understand and apply appropriate Planet methods or recognized equivalent in completing assignments;
• Proactively manage and consistently meet/exceed client expectations to ensure that approaches and solutions fit with overall engagement objectives.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field (postgraduate degree in at least one of the above fields is preferable);
• 5 – 10 years of total working experience (earlier positions in financial institutions is preferable);
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Project Management (project management certification is preferable);
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, including narrative, visual, and data analysis using PowerPoint and Excel;
• Evidence of building and maintaining relationships with customers in a challenging and fast paced environment;
• Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in both Greek and English;
