Project Manager

Our partner is a  software development and cloud computing company focusing on its engineering excellence. They bring decades of experience in software architecture, telecommunications and high performance computing, providing custom software consulting and development specialising in line of business applications. Their areas of expertise include banking, retail, telecom and consumer mobile sectors, with clients spanning in Europe and North America. Their portfolio of services includes development of custom internet, cloud or mobile applications, using the latest and greatest technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem.

They are currently searching for a  Project Manager  to join their  Fintech Division .

Mission:  As a Project Manager your mission will be to achieve effective execution and client satisfaction in the banking and insurance sectors. With a keen focus on agile methodologies and deep industry expertise, you will have to navigate multiple projects, ensuring every milestone is surpassed and every challenge overcome. Through strategic communication and meticulous oversight, your focus will be on fostering seamless collaboration between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders, driving projects to success while managing a substantial budget. You will embody their commitment to excellence, innovation, and enduring client partnerships.

You will be responsible for:

• Developing project schedules in consultation with clients and internal teams.
• Monitoring project progress and managing technical issues by engaging appropriate resources.
• Managing customer, client, and supplier contracts and obligations.
• Assisting in the presales effort and project analysis.
• Working strategically with the technical team to achieve high-level project objectives.
• Preparing project schedules and collaborating with internal departments to optimize project outcomes.
• Managing up to 10 projects simultaneously, each at different levels of maturity.
• Budget handling.

Requirements

Must Have

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar Project Manager role.
• Experience in the banking or insurance business.

Nice to Have

• Experience in analysis, QA, or a technical background in software engineering.

Skills & Competencies

• Experience in an agile way of work.
• Knowledge of common IT project execution challenges.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build efficient communication bridges with client teams and internal departments.
