Task

• Independent planning, control and management of software development, integration, migration and implementation projects in public administration with a volume of more than EUR 2 million. Particular attention is paid to adherence to deadlines, cost control and quality in accordance with the project standards of T-Systems and the customer
• Contract, risk, change and claim management
• Management of the project team and technical leadership of project staff as well as coordination of other delivery units and subcontractors
• Participation in the specification, implementation and quality assurance as well as the introduction of IT systems, including in the area of OZG process optimization
• Collaboration in the creation of concepts and calculations for offers

Profile

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on IT technology or (business) economics or comparable professional training with many years of professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in project management, including at least two years in the management of system integration projects or sub-projects in public administration at federal, state or municipal level
• Practical experience in contract, risk, change and claim management
• Sound experience and initial certifications in agile and classic project management methods and frameworks such as Prince2, PMI, IPMA, V-Model XT, Scrum
• A personal network and knowledge of current digitalization trends in public administration are desirable
• German language skills at native speaker level and very good English skills
