Property Management Specialist

Delsk Group was founded in 2008 and over the years has established its presence by partnering with over 750 enterprises across the globe.

Our Team is expanding and we’re looking for a Property Management Specialist who will be responsible for the management of rental agreements, conduct the main communication with tenants about setting appointments, property management agreements & utility bills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting rental agreement & property management agreements
• Oversee the period of rental agreements
• Deliver agreements to tax representatives for tax registration
• Communication with tenants for guarantee deposit, utility bills etc
• Provide property management services to building managers

Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience in the Rental/ Customer Service field
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent command of MS Office.
• Time management skills
• Multi-tasking attitude
• Attention to detail
