Propositions and Revenue Optimization Analyst (on-site, Athens-based)

Job purpose:

Propositions and Revenue Optimization Analyst will join a newly established Propositions Channel team, that consists of extremely ambitious people, with the bold goal of blending the digital and physical product and sales worlds. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize conversions and the overall life-time opportunity of our propositions to our customers through a deep understanding of PeopleCert’s products and user needs.

Duties and responsibilities

• Define conversion and revenue KPIs for the proposition channel in collaboration with management.
• Closely monitor the performance of the proposition channel, regularly reporting to management.
• Propose new and optimized propositions based on data and customer knowledge.
• Optimize the value proposition towards customers, including the direction of the pitch, copy or scripts’ guidance.
• Suggest new tools and processes that will make our propositions channel team more effective.
• Closely collaborate with, and utilize data to be the focal point for, a matrix team of Operations, Business Intelligence, CRM, Finance and Technology professionals, all tasked with the success of PeopleCert’s propositions channel initiative.
  
  

Minimum required skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in telecom as a Product Analyst, Commercial Analyst, Propositions’ Analyst, being able to demonstrate your impact to customers.
• Prior experience in the education, certification, or training industry will be considered a plus.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving revenue targets.
• Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
• Demonstrated experience in problem solving and process optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Solid execution skills for delivering measurable results and continuous improvement.
• Strong collaboration skills for earning the trust of others and facilitating cooperation between people with different skills sets.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

· If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

• A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
• Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
• HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
• Financial background check
• Employment reference check.

· If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
