Position: Quality Assurance Assistant

The position: As a Quality Assurance Assistant, you will be supporting the QA Manager to support operations and restaurants through training, motivation, and coaching, ensuring great customer experience, and always maintaining brand standards.

Your role:

• Analyse quality, safety, and known product specifications when visiting the restaurants.
• Evaluate the materials routinely used during production and components during production by running specific tests of quality.
• Seek answers and information regarding customer or in-house problems with product quality or performance by investigating all parts of the production process.
• Perform internal Audits to support the restaurants for their external audits local or international.
• Ensure that the product meets all guidelines related to local and international regulations.
• Communicate with management and perform regular meetings for coaching and feedback.
• Ensure that all Food Safety and Hygiene protocols are performed in the restaurants.
• Ensure all brand standards are in place.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• University Degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced analytical skills.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• The position requires traveling to different districts.
