Real Estate Project Manager (REO Management)

Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the management of a Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio with a primary goal to constitute each asset transferable (ready for sale) It includes the coordination of all legal, technical, regulatory and commercial procedures between the relevant specialized teams and the client. Main pillars of PM responsibilities are: 1. communication with the client, 2. team members and third-party coordination, 3. reporting and 4. budgeting & invoicing.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the receipt of assigned real estate assets documentation from the client and execute the registration of real estate assets,
• Prepare the data quality analysis of portfolio and respective remediation process where applicable for mature assets to exit through monetization,
• Handle the eviction process in cooperation with the client,
• Manage the Technical and Legal due diligence operational handling according to predefined time schedule and SLA compliance, to identify:
• (a) additional requests/clarifications/amendments of received material and
• (b) the properties’ actual technical and legal status,
• Coordinate an existing network of external providers,
• Oversee deliverables from external providers,
• Manage timely resolution of all approved legal, technical, commercial and regulatory issues,
• Administrate timely resolution of all approved legal, technical, commercial and regulatory issues,
• Collect and report all expense related documents/invoices for the REO portfolio,
• Work closely with Legal, Technical, Commercialization and Underwriting departments on monitoring property performance,
• Maintain and enhance client’s relationship, prepare reports and presentations to the client

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Masters’ degree in Real Estate, business, finance, legal or any engineering degree,
• 1-3 years’ experience in coordinating projects, (experience in a relevant role within a REO company will be considered an asset),
• Strong team working skills,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
• Advanced knowledge of computer and MS Office
