Job Description - Real Estate Sales Executive

A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Real Estate Sales Executive who will be responsible for promoting our properties on various websites, dealing with sales viewing, maintaining and developing relationships with prospect buyers, agents and agencies. All tasks and projects will be performed through the business systems, procedures and methods set by the Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Find, follow through, follow-up and register new and legitimate property buyers, renters, agents, brokers, agencies and any other intermediaries to sales and rentals
  2. Maintain and develop existing relationships with such individuals and companies
  3. Arrange property viewings with prospect buyers, agents, brokers, agencies etc
  4. Develop new business relationships, identify prospects and follow through till the sale is closed.
  5. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities
  6. Assess the credit ability, credibility and legitimacy of leads and intermediaries via any means possible
  7. List and promote real estate assets in MLS, rentals sites, other sites, sales and rentals platforms
  8. Develop and maintain real estate marketing materials and assets in digital and physical formats
  9. Deal with all aspects of rentals and sales book-keeping, accounts, control, collections, arrears, and all aspects of financial transactions as per requirements of the Accounts department

Requirements:

  1. Work experience in a similar position within the real estate industry will be considered as an advantage
  2. Computer knowledge and literacy
  3. Excellent knowledge of Greek and English is necessary. Knowledge of Russian is not necessary but advantageous
  4. Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude, with the ability to work in a diversified, team and agile environment, and the ability to hustle through and deliver results is necessary
  5. Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. SalesForce or Hubspot) and/or digital marketing software and/or other relevant digital business systems is a plus but not necessary
