Real Estate Sales Representative

Job description

• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
• Show properties to potential buyers
• Present purchase offers to sellers.
• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses. (wordpress)
• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, selling agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.

• Maintain your real estate license and knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Negotiation and presentation skills are key
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn the local real estate market and purchase process. Honesty and integrity
• Experience using basic software and technology and show a willingness to adapt and learn new systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Able to solve problems by gathering and analyzing information skillfully and efficiently while operating effectively in a group or team setting
• Strong presentation skills for both internal and external purposes
• Positive attitude, confident, charismatic, self-motivated, willingness to learn while receiving constructive feedback, adaptable
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Two Year Experience is required
• English Speaking
• Russian language is a plus
• Driving License is a must
