Position: Relocation & Migration Services Administrator
Department: Migration & Relocation Services
Location: Nicosia
The responsibilities of a Migration Office r are related to the functions of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Civil Registry, and the Migration Department.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Preparation and processing of residency applications for European and third country nationals.
- Record keeping and administration duties (save all documents in server and adequate filling as per company’s procedures). Preparing letters including confirmation letters and signature cards for clients.
- Arranging Translation/ Authentication of Documentation including:
- Embassy certifications
- Certifying Officer (Notary) Authentications
- Ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and invoice dispatch to client - companies for all tasks undertaken.
Office management and administrative duties:
- Sorting and allocating incoming paper documents and electronic mail
- Organizing and filing documents in accordance with company guidelines
- Handling incoming calls
- Managing schedules
- Arranging travel
- Preparing memos, correspondence, spreadsheets, and presentations
Qualifications/Skills
- University Degree
- Excellent command of the Greek and the English languages (oral and written)
- Excellent project management skills and analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate (Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office)
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
- Previous working experience will be considered an advantage
