The Costa Navarino Residences are seeking for an Assistant Security Manager. The successful candidate needs to have excellent communication and organization skills and high ability to multitask.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for delivering security services to the Residences and assist with all security activities with direct responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the team
• Supervise Residence Security Team
• Ensuring that the Residences meets all required security health and safety objectives with scheduled audits
• Monitoring & managing security systems and equipment servicing and/or maintenance in conjunction with other departments.
• Managing the performance of the Residences Security individual members.
• Effective liaison, support and assistance between Residences Security – Dunes Security department and remainder of organization
• Incident handling and reporting.
• Coaching and mentoring Residences security personnel in order to exceed expectations of the organization.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the Residences security team with supervision, accountability, and reviews.
• Set an example for team members of commitment, security knowledge, work ethics and habits and personal character
• Support to all other departments with security and related issues.

Requirements

• Security License by Hellenic Police
• First aider certification by Greek red cross
• Associate degree private security personnel (IEK) or 105 hours of seminars
• 3 years of experience as a Security Officer/Security Team Leader
• Computer literate with experience of Office (Word, Excel, & Power Point) & other systems / databases
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to manage and prioritise a high, complex, workload with good time management, planning and organization skills
• Effective communicator – orally and in writing with proven ability to influence across various levels of management
• Supervisory & Delegation skills
• Managing crisis situations: fire, injuries, natural disasters, attacks etc.
• Demonstrate flexibility & adaptability

• Fluent in English Language
