Resident Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor the project closely to ensure it runs smoothly, remains tidy and upholds superior standards
• Ensure all properties are in prime condition by overseeing maintenance and upkeep efforts
• Prepare properties for client viewings including airing out spaces, opening shutters and presenting each property in its best light
• Maintain cleanliness and promptly address any issues, coordinating with teams to ensure organization and efficiency throughout all project phases and property presentations
• Handle call centre duties including responding to inquiries, managing calls and ensuring smooth communication channels
• Provide administrative assistance such as managing documentation and maintaining records
• Demonstrate exceptional PR skills in interactions with both existing and prospective clients
• Maintain regular communication to address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally

Key competencies:

• Exceptional communication and PR skills
• Detail-oriented and good organizational skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Proficient computer skills
• English and preferably Russian

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous relevant experience will be taken into consideration
