Risk and RTO Manager

Skybound Wealth Europe is a CySEC regulated entity, and part of a group of companies, offering investment advice and reception and transmission of orders services. We are looking for an individual to fulfil the role of handling client trade orders and managing the company’s risk exposure in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, and strategic goals.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the operation of trading platforms, approve client trade orders, and monitor order status until confirmation of execution from the platform.
• Generate trade order reports and maintain the Trade Order Registry
• Reconcile client trade order with client investment reports
• Review and implement risk management policies and procedures
• Adoption and update of stress test scenarios
• Regular reports to the Board of Directors regarding risk related issues
• Monitor current trends and potential market developments within the markets and sectors in which the company provides services
• Prepare comprehensive risk reports and present findings to Senior Management and the Board of Directors to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments by evaluating various factors, including market risks, credit risks, liquidity risks, operational risks, and regulatory risks.
• Continuously monitor the company's risk profile and maintenance of Risk Registry
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks, including the establishment of risk limits and the development of risk mitigation plans.
• Examination of the ongoing capital adequacy compliance and the financial results of the company.
• Stay ahead of regulatory developments and collaborate with the compliance department to address regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with other key functions, including Compliance and Investment Advice, to ensure a holistic approach to risk management and client trade order handling.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• University Degree in Finance, Business Management, Risk Management, Mathematics, Law, Computer Science or STEM Field
• Previous Experience of at least one year in a similar position
• CySEC Advanced or Basic certification is required
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and oral)
• Knowledge of CIF Laws and regulations (EU/Cyprus)
• Ability to complete projects and reports on time
• Analytical thinking and strong attention to detail
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
