Job Description - Sales Account Manager | Thessaloniki

We are expanding our Sales Team in Thessaloniki and we are looking for a Sales Account Manager.

About the Role:

From developing new accounts to driving expansion across the existing, our Sales team transforms opportunity into action day after day. Regardless of the market segment, and the size of the company addressed, the goal is to generate new sales and maintain a positive ongoing customer relationship.

In particular, the role involves:

  • Business Development and new customer acquisition to meet sales quotas
  • Working as part of a larger team that operates on targeted Account Planning
  • Lead generation, network utilization, introduction to new prospects and customers
  • Follow up calls and meeting arrangements to present the solutions and services
  • Provide input about customer needs and design the business model that is the best fit for their needs
  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relation
  • Keep attention to results and contractual terms and conditions
  • Provide forecast, pipeline and reporting
  • Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Plus 2 years’ experience in sales in the IT Industry, (ideally Business Software Solutions for medium to large enterprises )
  • A bachelor or master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Management, Business Administration).
  • Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems will be an asset
  • Build trust, establish rapport and work collaboratively with customers to identify their needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements
  • Strong in generating new business opportunities, sales cycle management and close deals
  • Results oriented, positive thinking and passionate
  • Strong presentation and product demonstration skills
  • Be a team player with strong communication skills
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Able to collaborate, perform and meet strict deadlines
