As a Sales Back Office agent your main responsibilities will be:

Creating gas/electricity supply contracts in CRM received from external agents/ICC and B2C employees.

Sending supply contracts to customers in order to be signed.

Assist and provide support to all external agents and B2C employees in all the steps of sales operations.

Manage pending issues of agents and ICC agents.

Manage leads from all sources and promotes them to ICC agents.

Communicate with the courier company.

Archiving the customers’ documents.

Archiving the signed supply contracts.

Send informative material to potential customers

Checking on Teiresia the customers who signed contracts.

Answers incoming phone calls when the internal call center is overflowing and

provides information to ICC agents.

Prepare lists of all the wrong entries made in the information system (CRM) by

partners and back office employees and provides them to BO Team Leader.

Participate in the company’s training.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

The Sales Back Office agent we are looking for should have:

BSc degree would be an asset

good knowledge of data entry

excellent knowledge of English (spoken & written)

proficiency in MS-Office
