Wrapp.ai, a trailblazing SaaS startup that is reshaping accounting and financial management for Greek SMEs.
We are looking for a competitive Greek speaking Field Sales and Business Development Executive, based in Chania or Heraklion, to develop sales strategies and attract new clients in Crete. Core part of the role will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.

Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Attract potential customers using different sales methods (demos, door-to-door, cold calling, introductions, referrals etc).
- Lead Engagement: Generate relationships and rapport with local SMEs and Accountants in Crete, in order to understand their unique needs and challenges
- Sales Pipeline Management: Move leads through the Sales Pipeline, aiming to convert leads to subscribers
- Customer Engagement: Offer exceptional after sales service in order to maintain good relationship with customers and benefit from potential upselling opportunities
- Reporting: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to help improve sales methodologies and ensure the smooth transition of prospects to valued clients.
Qualifications
- Based in Chania or Heraklion - open to other locations in Crete
- Exceptional Greek communication skills
- Proven success in closing deals within the SaaS industry, preferably in financial management solutions.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering value to clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
