sales strategy(via outbound calls) to improve the conversion rates.
Profile:
Execute the outbound sales strategy to improve the conversion rates of the following customer acquisition journeys:
Website visit to successfully Player Registration KYC Verification Analyze player behavior and website performance to identify areas for improvement Utilize relevant software to measure and track the effectiveness of the communications and conversion optimization efforts Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize campaigns, including welcome bonuses, free spins, loyalty programs, and other player acquisition and retention initiatives Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximize conversions and revenue Duties & Responsibilities:
Excellent Communication and good analytical skills are essential. Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and stressful situations. Generate sales opportunities by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients Experience within customer focused environment is a plus Good at managing customer inquiries and complaints Computer proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation tool Benefits:
