Job Description - Sales & Customer Service Specialist (Athens - on site)

ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of its client, leading in the field of online gaming is in search of a Sales & Customer Service Specialist who will join the outbound team in Athens and will be responsible for executing the outbound
sales strategy(via outbound calls) to improve the conversion rates.

Profile:

Execute the outbound sales strategy to improve the conversion rates of the following customer acquisition journeys:

  • Website visit to successfully Player Registration
  • KYC Verification
  • Analyze player behavior and website performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize relevant software to measure and track the effectiveness of the communications and conversion optimization efforts
  • Collaborate with the CRM team to optimize campaigns, including welcome bonuses, free spins, loyalty programs, and other player acquisition and retention initiatives
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to maximize conversions and revenue

    • Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Communication and good analytical skills are essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and stressful situations.
  • Generate sales opportunities by educating, qualifying, and presenting products and services to prospective clients
  • Experience within customer focused environment is a plus
  • Good at managing customer inquiries and complaints
  • Computer proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation tool
