We are currently looking to hire a Sales Deputy to join our Sales Department , in our Athens's Offices .
The Sales Deputy has crucial role in assisting the sales manager and ensuring the efficient execution of alumina sales contacts. This position involves a combination of management of customers relationships, coordination of different departments in our organization, and data management responsibilities to facilitate the sales processes, enhance customer satisfaction and meet company’s sales objectives.
Your role will encompass:
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and requests.
• Communicate with customers to provide information, order updates, and address any questions or concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Join meetings / negotiations with customers and organize audits in the plant
• Assist the Sales Manager in preparing presentations, organizing sales meetings, sending quotes and proposals to customers
• Prepare the sales contract document in cooperation with legal, production and logistics department, coordinate all involved parties until the final agreement and contract signing
• Maintain and review the sales plan per product and customer.
• Verify accurate volumes and pricing for customer orders and monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure sales plan fulfillment
• Address quality issues in cooperations with the Process Manager
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and transactions.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, market indexes and other relevant sales-related data
• Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards
• Address internal requests for sustainability related issues
• Supervise alumina back-office
• Partially substitute Sales Manager
What you bring to the role:
• University degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field
• Excellent command of English (fluent)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
• No prior sales experience is mandatory although 2-3 years at sales support will be a plus
