The Sales Executive is responsible for providing additional value to the relationships of LeasePlan's prospects and existing customers. The focus is to develop and extend the working relationship to new customers. The individual selected for the job will be concerned with LeasePlan's image, consistency, customer satisfaction, new products and services opportunities and ongoing provision of accurate and timely vehicle fleet performance data and analysis to the assigned accounts.
This position plays a critical role for LeasePlan to achieve successful business development, high penetration, customer retention and loyalty from targeted companies.
The Sales Associate is responsible for providing appropriate assistance to the Sales Manager in the following areas:
Requirements for the Position:
The individual selected for this position must have the willingness and ability to quickly understand the vehicle management market, LeasePlan's overall as well as local strategies and competitors' strategies for developing the business.
This individual must be a university degree graduate and have 2-3 years or more of experience preferably in the fleet management or in B to B services industry, parallel outsourcing industry etc. Experience in account planning, team communications and project management will enhance this individual's effectiveness. In addition, the individual selected will be expected to be creative, tenacious and have the potential for ultimately being capable of handling major accounts in a professional, timely and cost effective manner.
Because of the fundamental importance of communications to the success of this position, the individual's ability to write and speak concisely and persuasively in Greek and English is critical.
Furthermore, this individual must be computer literate (Lotus, MS Word, Excel, etc.).
