Optimal on behalf of its client a dynamic industrial lubricants distributor, is seeking to recruit a Sales Executive (Industrial) based in Athens.
Job Summary
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within commercial sector, by effectively promoting the company’s products and related services.
What you will focus on
- Promote products based on benefit selling
- Work closely with the Lubricant Engineer to expand the customer base
- Submit product recommendations to potential customer
- Analyze the market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization
- Create and manage a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
- Plan and organize personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the segment
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics or technical background
- At least 3 years of sales background preferably in a similar position in industrial sales
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Extensive skills in analyzing, presenting and discussing various solutions with the customers
- Understanding customer needs and proposing the optimum solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to clearly communicate the product value proposition to the customers
- Ability to craft presentations and respond to written communications
- Desirable customer and local market knowledge
