Job Description - Sales Executive (Native German Speaker)

Basic information

As our Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to enable and grow the sales pipeline in the German speaking markets. You will be in charge of prospecting and qualifying targeted leads. You will be playing a crucial role in the development of myTeam and its expansion strategy.

myTeam is a sports club CRM that connects sports and people. It helps sports clubs and organizations to optimize their daily operations, financial management and communicate more efficiently with their members.

We are proud to share that myTeam is already being used by more than 90,000 members across a diverse range of sports academies spanning 27 different sports! We are committed to continuously improving and expanding our platform to better serve the needs of the sports community.

We're looking for a talented Sales Executive to join our team!

Requirements

  • Native German speaker with excellent command of the English language.
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell myTeam to academies and sports clubs using solid arguments to prospective customers
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Identify appropriate prospects and manage the sales cycle to close new deals
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos based on the needs of each sports club.
  • Analyze the market potential and perform customer research as well as regular competitor monitoring
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Qualify and identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
