    About the role

    The role is essential to our company’s sales performance in the B2B segment, as it provides invaluable support to the rest of the commercial team, enabling faster commercial growth for the wider team.

    Moreover, keeping all members aligned to new features that the product team is launching and providing feedback in regard to how the day-to-day functionality of our partners can be improved, creates business value by helping Welcome to anticipate unfolding events and be ready for them in a timely manner

    Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Commercial team on account & lead management tasks.
  • Act as a first Customer escalation point for commercial or business critical issues.
  • Maintains absolute meaningful data on the CRM (Hubspot) including contacts, companies, files (presentations, videos), email templates, meeting links and calendars
  • Provides accurate data and thorough reports to help the sales team and monitor performance.
  • Liaises with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Contributes with input and ideas on how to achieve key improvements in certain processes.
  • Sets up monthly communication with Existing Partners to share feature announcements, valuable data or destination launches.
  • Lead sourcing - leverage on and improve the current sourcing process and reduce the number of times salespeople spend identifying potential prospects and companies
  • Creates training material for partner onboarding (Demos, FAQs, etc)
  • Facilitates the onboarding process of new team members.
  • Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Communications, Business, or other related fields.
  • Experience in relevant sales administration positions, ideally in a B2B Sales field would be a plus.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to multi-task and set priorities quickly and effectively.
  • Ability to analyze sales figures and write reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Any other European language will be considered a great asset.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Ace problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and hands-on with a true teamwork mentality.
  • A friendly and upbeat personality.
  • Digital native: fluent in web and digital technologies.
