Job Description - Sales Representative (Medical Equipment)

Are you passionate about sales and driven to succeed?

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, is looking for Sales Representative.

 

Working Model: hybrid

️You will be reporting to: Managing Director

What you will do:

 

As a Sales Representative your role will involve strategizing and implementing approaches to attract new clients, particularly within the medical sector. You will be responsible to broaden the company’s clients, build and maintain strong relationships.

 

More specifically:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and expand our customer base within the medical industry.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with public and private hospitals and medical trading companies.
  • Taking feedback after tender results.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of client orders and projects.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage client accounts, including negotiating contracts, agreements, and pricing.
  • Regularly engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on the medical products industry.
  • Desirable knowledge of the medical products market, including experience with public and private hospitals and tenders.
  • Demonstrated success in managing key accounts and developing business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build trust.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
  • Availability to travel
