Sales Specialist

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for actively seeking new customers and expanding our business through tendering processes. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the Facilities Services industry, has a strong background in tenders, and is skilled in proposal preparation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit high-quality and competitive tender proposals including pricing calculations, technical & legal documents.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that our proposal meets client expectations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of our services, market trends, and competitors.
• Present our services to potential customers, follow-up to close the deal, etc.
• Manage and maintain a database of potential clients, tenders, and sales opportunities.
• Able to submit bids through tender platforms like Ariba/SOURCE ONE, etc.
• Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager.

Requirements

• At least 2 years working experience in tenders and sales in B2B business
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent PC skills (especially Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
• Well organized and good time management (working under strict deadlines)
• Problem solver, obsessed with figures and accuracy
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering or related field
