Job Description - Sales Supervisor

Manpower, on behalf of its client, is searching for a sales supervisor to oversee the assigned areas of responsibility.

 

Location: Athens, Greece
Working Model: On-Site
️You will be reporting to: Sales Manager

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

The sales supervisor will be responsible for developing strategic plans, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the beverage industry.

 

More Specifically They:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Keep the team updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends
  • Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations and ethical standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry would be considered a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • High level of English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
