Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, a leader multinational company in Consumer Electronics industry , for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

Sales support

Job Description

• Sales orders implementation: data entry in ERP system, shipment, invoicing.
• Registration of new customers and credit limits in ERP system in coordination with credit control dpt.
• Totaline purchases from domestic vendors for B2B orders, create receipt lists & item arrivals.
• Totaline purchases for expenses, product receipt.
• Pick up from customer, return request, approvals, data entry in ERP system.
• Issue invoices for cash & POS payments & checks receipt.
• Handle Totaline petty cash, call center, stationery & consumables.
• Daily data entry of customers’ delivery routes from external delivery partner.
• Archive documentation: delivery notes, invoices, credit notes etc.
• Changing purchasing and selling prices in electronic database

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

• Degree in business administration/finance/supply chain or relevant field
• 1 year of professional experience in a sales support position within a fast-paced environment
• Very good command of English language both verbal and written.
• Strong MS Office knowledge: Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Familiarity with ERP systems will be considered as a plus.
