Salesforce Administrator

WINGS ICT Solutions is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce implementation to ensure it aligns with our Client’s business needs. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with our Client’s sales, marketing, and customer service teams to identify and prioritize requirements, develop solutions, and provide ongoing support and training.

The main responsibilities will involve:

• Manage and maintain our Salesforce implementation, including user accounts, permissions, and data integrity
• Work closely with Client’s IT and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, and develop solutions that meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and triggers to support business processes.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users, including troubleshooting issues and optimizing processes.
• Provide input and support for Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Educational requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering. Relative postgraduate degree will be considered an asset.

Desired experience and skills:

• at least one year of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices
• Experience with Salesforce setup, configuration, and customization, including Apex, and Lightning components

Desired but not mandatory:

• Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer certification.
• Experience with Salesforce integration with other systems, such as ERP
• Knowledge of data migration, integration, and synchronization techniques
• Experience with Salesforce governance, security, and compliance best practices
• Familiarity with DevOps and tools, such as GIT, Jenkins, or Copado
• Experience with cloud-based software and infrastructure, such as Microsoft Azure

Other qualifications:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in Greek and English Language
