As an Advantage FSE Delivery Lead, you will be part of our team of talented IT professionals, handling challenging Digital Banking projects for our Clients in countries across 5 Continents. You will join our local agile teams operating in various delivery frameworks and methodologies like Scrum, in small or large-scale implementations.

Who are we looking for?
Passionate & talented individuals with previous experience of working with teams using an agile delivery framework or methods fundamentally with Scrum. Experience in larger scale frameworks like LeSS, SAFe would also be appreciated, as well as, on other lean methods like Kanban, XP, or any combination of the above.

Our Selection Process
Once you apply, your application will be reviewed by our recruitment team. If you’ve got the skills and the experience we are looking for, you will be invited to have an initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll get to find out more about our company & the opportunity, while we can learn more about you.
If things go well, you can then expect a technical assessment (depending on the role), and 2 – 3 interviews with the hiring team, after which a decision will be made.
If we are both successful in identifying a ‘match’ between us, and you accept our offer, our People & Culture team will help you through our onboarding process.
