Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support
- Screen telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handle them in an appropriate manner
- Devise and maintain office systems
- Arrange conference calls and high-level meetings, often at short notice
- Arrange travel and accommodation for Management and VIP guests
- Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
- Organize and maintain agendas and scheduling of appointments
- Assist with the creation of reports and presentations, especially in power point format
Requirements:
- Either degree or diploma in Business Administration or Management, a Secretarial qualification, or five years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent written and verbal command of English language
- Knowledge of other languages will be considered an additional advantage
- Good overall knowledge of MS office packages (word, power point and excel), as well as internet capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, highly organized and reliable, honest and friendly
- Ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy
- Able to work in a team environment
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Resident of Paphos
