Biogenix Clinical Laboratory is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Secretary with a marketing background to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative proficiency and marketing acumen, contributing to both the operational and promotional efforts of the laboratory.
1. Administrative Support:
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
• Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents.
• Maintain filing systems and ensure the secure storage of confidential information.
• Handle office supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Greet and assist visitors, providing a positive first impression of the laboratory.
2. Marketing Assistance:
• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the laboratory's services.
• Coordinate and support the development of marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
• Manage the laboratory’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
• Help organize and execute promotional events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
3. Communication and Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between different departments within the laboratory to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
• Provide administrative support during meetings, including taking minutes and distributing follow-up actions.
• Ensure timely dissemination of information within the organization and to external stakeholders.
• Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is required.
• Proven experience in marketing, including social media management, content creation, and campaign coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with marketing software/tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
