In the context of building a new Security Team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Security Cloud Support Engineer that will join our Managed Service & IT team in a company that revolutionizes the way that credit risk is managed.

Hybrid Working Environment: Will need to work in the office (Petralona, Athens, Greece) 1 day a week.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in security incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and remediation on our cloud-based infrastructure

• Conduct vulnerability Assessment, Incident Handling & Identifying potential breaches (Coalition Control, FortiSIEM, ESET Endpoint Security)

• Assist in the implementation, and maintenance of information security policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS requirements.

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide evidence of compliance with security standards and regulations

• Regularly reviewing existing Cloud Infrastructure and making recommendations for improvements

• Acting as a 3rd level of support on security incidents related to our Managed Service Environments, as well as collaborating with our Product Engineering and Customer Support teams
• Keeping the cloud infrastructure current, making recommendations, and continually improving cloud security technologies
• Serve as a Backup for Cloud Support Team in case of emergencies, ensuring continuity of service

Requirements

• Degree in computer science or a similar field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the field of (Information) Cyber Security
• SIEM knowledge (FortiSIEM preferably)
• Relevant Certifications will be considered as an asset.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in the field of Managed Services environments in the cloud will be considered an asset
• Good knowledge of Azure (preferably), AWS & Oracle Cloud will be considered as an asset
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Fluency in English both in speaking and writing
