Nosis Private Company is a leading Management Consulting firm based in Greece. We specialize in the development of Business Plans and management of co-financed projects through ESPA, Development Law and Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF)

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our consulting team to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to join our dynamic team.

 

Responsibilities

Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements for funding their projects.

Collaborate with our consulting team to develop business plans for funding through ESPA, Development Law and Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF)

Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.

Monitor and report of projects during the implementation of the investments

Conduct regular business reviews with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.

 

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior account management within the management consulting industry and specially on preparing and manage ESPA and RRF projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify client needs and develop customized solutions
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive client presentations and proposals
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English and Greek languages, both written and oral, is required.
