As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-profile clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our consulting team to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide ongoing support to help our clients achieve their strategic objectives. Responsibilities
Understand client needs and objectives, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements for funding their projects.
Collaborate with our consulting team to develop business plans for funding through ESPA, Development Law and Recovery and Resilience Fund (RRF)
Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals, showcasing the value and benefits of our services.
Monitor and report of projects during the implementation of the investments
Conduct regular business reviews with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
