Senior Accountant

We are looking for our newest Senior Accountant to join our team in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will be doing at Fm Games :

As a Senior Accountant, your primary responsibility will be :

· Manage all financial obligations and ensure timely processing and compliance.

· Oversee the monitoring of debtor and creditor accounts

· Oversee cash flow management and perform bank reconciliations

· Oversee intercompany balances and manage intercompany transactions

· Preparation of VAT, VIES reports on a quarterly basis

· Execution of month-end procedures ensuring accuracy and completeness of accounting records

· Assist in the preparation of audited financial statements and liaise with external auditors when necessary

· Preparation and payment of creditors, VAT, Social insurance contributions and government taxes

· Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations and company’s policies

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• University Degree in Accounting/Finance related field
• A minimum 3 years of working experience in an accounting department
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 accounting software
• Excellent knowledge of Excel
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language (written and spoken)
• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

Location:

This position is based in our contemporary office situated in the vibrant Old Port area of Limassol, Cyprus. With our hybrid work model, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely, while also visiting the office twice a week for team collaboration and strategy sessions.
