Senior Associate of Accounts Payable

Day to Day Tasks:

✅ Accurately record financial transactions in the ERP system (SAP), including handling invoices and credit notes

✅ Process and reconcile payments to suppliers, employee expenses, and company liabilities

✅ Verify and post vendor discount credit notes and monitor marketing service invoices

✅ Communicate with suppliers to resolve balance issues

✅ Aligning the warehouse book with the General Ledger to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial records

✅ Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes

✅ Monitor and adhering to deadlines associated with accounting-related tasks

✅ Foster a collaborative environment by actively supporting other departments, providing expertise and assistance when required

How you match:

✅ Up to 5 years of relevant professional experience in accounting of Finance

✅ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

✅ Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines

✅ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

✅ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment
