On behalf of our client, an Administrative Service Provider, duly licensed by CySec, we are looking for a Senior Corporate Administrator based on the below description:
Key Duties
- Incorporation of both Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients as well formation and maintenance of all available companies
- Opening of bank accounts in Cyprus and worldwide
- Preparation of bank forms and liaising with banks for the account opening procedures
- Preparing and filing documents at the Registrar of companies in various jurisdictions
- Reviewing KYC and compliance paperwork for the onboarding of new clients
- Preparing corporate documents including but not limited to minutes, resolutions, agreements, trust deeds and related trust documents
- Have direct communication with clients and attend meetings
- Managing relations and liaising with agents, external and internal advisers and consultants on various corporate matters
Skills and Experience / Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Business Management or relevant
- At least 2 years post qualification experience in formation of Cyprus and Overseas companies for clients including practical experience in corporate and banking field
- Highly motivated, ability to use own initiative, work under pressure, prioritize and work independently
- Strong administrative skills and planning skills
- Very good knowledge of windows applications software: MS office, word, excel
- Must be fluent in English (written and oral)
