Job Description - Senior Corporate Responsibility Specialist

PwC on behalf of our client, a leading energy group, is looking to recruit a Senior Corporate Responsibility Specialist.

The position

The Senior Corporate Responsibility Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation, and oversight of the company's social responsibility initiatives. Her/his responsibilities include managing Corporate Responsibility programs abroad, promoting activities through multiple communication channels, and monitoring the budget of each country.

  • Supporting different Directorates abroad in the planning of corporate responsibility programs and actions according to the needs of each country
  • Designing joint corporate responsibility actions for all Directorates where the Group operates
  • Monitoring the development of social programs in foreign countries and evaluating their results
  • Planning the communication strategy of social actions utilizing all available communication channels
  • Creating all communication materials to promote the actions in collaboration with our external partners
  • Developing content for the continuous promotion of corporate responsibility actions in the countries where they are implemented, both to internal and external audiences
  • Establishing the programs’ identity
  • Participating actively in the organization of events to promote corporate responsibility programs
  • Monitoring each country’s yearly budget

Requirements

  • Degree from a Higher Educational Institution of the University Sector (ΑΕΙ), preferably in communication and media studies, or an equivalent degree from a university abroad with corresponding recognition by DOATAP
  • Master's degree with a relevant specialization (desirable qualification but not necessary)
  • At least 5 years of experience in positions related to Corporate Responsibility, Corporate Relations, or administrative positions that involve involvement in communication, marketing, or planning and implementation of programs and events
  • Demonstrated experience working in diverse international environments, with a particular emphasis on the Balkans region
  • Ability to travel
  • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office)
  • Advanced communication skills and team spirit
  • Multitasking and organizational skills
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Focus on results and adherence to deadlines
