YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
Serve as the first point of contact for drivers and company partners who arrive at our Driver Center in ThessalonikiTrain and assist drivers with their onboarding to the FREENOW appsBuild and foster strong relationships and networks with the local Driver communityPerform competitor analysis, Quality Assurance and monitoring of Driver PerformanceParticipate in local operations tasks (e.g. bonus setup, outdoor campaigns)Enable successful performance through driver engagement campaigns including the deployment of OCA, outbound calls to activate onboarded drivers or improve the performance of existing drivers TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
Highly motivated to support our drivers and partners with a positive attitudeExperience in an operational or customer facing roleYou have an eye for detail and a focus on quality in everything you doYou showcase analytical thinkingFluent Greek skills (C2 level) and good English skills (at least C1 level)Experience using G Suite or Microsoft office applicationsGood Presentation and Communication skills (internally and externally)Experience in project and stakeholder management is a plus BENEFITS & PERKS IN A NUTSHELL:
