Trenkwalder for it's client in the CONSTRUCTION CHEMICAL industry is seeking a senior export sales.
Scope of the position
· Achieve sales objectives within the assigned territory, supporting current customers, finding new ones, and promoting / specifying the company's solutions on-site.
· Negotiate and define the terms and conditions of sales for each account, service these accounts and support customer service if needed to coordinate deliveries.
· Ensure the profitability of the sales in each account.
· Coordinate with the Marketing Dpt. all promotion and trade marketing actions.
· Capacity to grow in this role and be responsible for a team of Sales Rep in the future.
Main activities
· Develop and manage profitable sales growth across the appointed region.
· Constantly improve the sales mix based on the Company’ s objectives and profitability.
· Following up existing sales leads.
· Scanning existing and new markets.
· Seeking out new customers and sales opportunities.
· Specifying Company’s solutions to architects, engineering firms & specialist contractors.
· Keeping in constant contact with clients and building long-term cooperation.
· Achieving monthly and annual sales budgets.
Requirements
PROFILE REQUIRED
· 5-10 years in sales of building solutions through distribution network &/or direct.
· Understanding the Construction Chemicals market will be an asset.
· Working experience within multinational organizations.
· Excellent level in English.
· German or other language will be a plus.
· Usual Office and ERP expertise.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Technical skills
· Technical University Degree (chemistry or civil engineering) OR Economics University Degree.
· A Business Administration Degree would be a plus.
· Commercial awareness and agility.
· Good knowledge of the life cycle of a product (research cycle, stages of management of a scientific project, etc.) and the market associated with the product to clearly identify the general environment in which the product evolves.
