Job Description - Senior Marketing Communications Specialist

We are looking for a dynamic and creative marketing professional with a passion for marketing, communication and strategy.

In the role of Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist , you will be the key driving force responsible for crafting and executing cutting-edge marketing strategies and communication initiatives.

Your imaginative approach, strategic mindset, and outstanding communication abilities will play a vital role in elevating our brand reputation and fueling business expansion.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
  • Maintain strong communication between marketing executives and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Set goals and implement tracking to monitor campaigns for effectiveness and make recommendations based on data and trends; monitor consumer and industry trends
  • Create engaging and compelling content for various channels, including social media, email marketing, blog posts, and press releases.
  • Manage and maintain our company's website, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content.
  • Maintain executive schedules and oversee project load.
  • Plan, prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the marketing team.
  • Conduct research for key marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate employee meetings and communications for the marketing department.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
    • Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Clear copywriting and editing skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, along with experience in data analysis.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and impactful marketing ideas.
