Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive programmatic advertising strategy that aligns with client goals and objectives.
• Manage end-to-end programmatic campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Performance Marketing, SEO, and Creative, to ensure integrated and cohesive campaign strategies.
• Utilize data and analytics to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
• Identify and evaluate new programmatic platforms, technologies, and opportunities to enhance our service offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Lead and mentor a team of programmatic specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in programmatic advertising.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
• Deep understanding of programmatic platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to clients and internal teams.
• Experience with performance marketing and SEO is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.
