About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst at Dialectica, you will play a vital role in driving business excellence through comprehensive analysis and strategic insights. Your responsibilities encompass serving as a trusted consultant in the realms of finance and overall business performance. What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough business analysis, leveraging analytics to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance as a finance consultant, supporting decision-making processes with insightful financial expertise.
• Evaluate and analyze proposed structural changes, offering critical insights to inform strategic decision-making.
• Spearhead governance initiatives, ensuring the effectiveness of incentive schemes and alignment with organizational goals.
• Champion compliance measures across the company, playing a pivotal role in upholding and enforcing business regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior business analyst or similar role, demonstrating expertise in analytics, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of interpreting data to drive business decisions effectively.
• Extensive knowledge of financial principles and practices, coupled with experience in advising on financial and business performance matters.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset to navigate complex business challenges.
• Excellent Fluency in English
• Excellent knowledge of Spreadsheets (excel, gsheet) and powerpoint
