Senior Tax Consultant

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with individual and
  corporate tax compliance work including the preparation of tax
  calculations, tax returns and other tax forms
• Discussing client queries and
  requests and assisting in the drafting of relevant responses
• Reviewing of agreements and
  proposed transactions to assess the potential tax impact taking into
  consideration tax legislation, double tax treaties and common practice
• Providing support on specific
  projects / assignments which require the involvement of a tax expert
• Liaising with local tax
  authorities on client issues
• Assisting with preparation of
  ad-hoc tax advisory work

Profile of the ideal candidate

• University degree in
  Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field
• ACA / ACCA / ADIT qualified
  or studying towards such a professional qualification
• At least 4 years of relevant
  experience in a professional services firm is a must
• Team player with very good
  communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a strong
  sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent organizational,
  planning and time management skills

Remuneration and benefits
