Service Engineer (Mechanical-HVAC)

The company undertakes the construction and service of commercial buildings, like high rise and commercial buildings offices hotels clubs' schools' hospitals and desalination plants.

Main responsibilities:  

• The successful candidate for the position of the Service Engineer will be responsible for the maintenance department which deals with mechanical and HVAC systems for various clients.
• Supervision, reporting and customer communication, for maintenance contracts. 
• Supervision of service technicians.
• Stock keeping and purchasing and assuring the needs of the customers are fulfilled. 
• Participation and implementation of preventive equipment maintenance.
• Schedule and tracking of contracts, records keeping and issuing maintenance reports.
• Participation in the tendering for service offers, and invoicing preparation.
• Participate during the Construction phase of the construction department to assure that all service contracts are well prepared.
• Coordination and supervision of the facilities construction.

Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical equipment. To have the ability to read and comprehend mechanical drawings, diagrams, manuals of machinery in the Greek & English language. 
• Graduate of Higher Education, in the field of mechanical engineering/electrical engineering or relative engineering degree.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
• Excellent ability of spoken and written language.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Driving license is a necessary qualification.
• Previous experience in technical projects / mechanical equipment. 

The successful candidate will undergo extensive training to become familiar with the scope of work.

• Primarily Limassol and other Cyprus areas.
