In 2024, Ella Resorts will be operating a portfolio of 7 lifestyle & family resorts on the islands of Rhodes, Corfu & Crete, offering exceptional quality and service excellence. In order to support our rapid growth we are seeking to hire:

Service Manager

As the F&B Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the food and beverage service operations across our properties. You will provide direction, ensure high-quality service standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the service department
• Assisting the recruitment, training, and supervising service staff
• Implementing service procedures and policies
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or complaints
• Working closely with all the F&B teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Collaborating with the marketing team to execute F&B promotions and events
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and implementing innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in hospitality industry
• Degree or diploma in hospitality or related field
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• A second language (French, German, Russian, or Italian) will be considered as a plus
• Strong knowledge of Service operations and industry best practices
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Exceptional customer service mindset
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
