Call Center Operator – sKash LTD
Skash Ltd, a rapidly growing company in the financial sector is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join the Cyprus team at the position of the Call Center Operator. We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide support to customers seeking clarifications on the APP.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Respond professionally to customer inquiries
Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Assist customers via telephone and other support channels
Provide information to customers by explaining procedures and answer questions
Requirements - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Native Greek speaker
Very good knowledge of English language
Excellent problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work in a team
Punctual, hardworking, and reliable
Service oriented professional, with attention to detail
The position is for full time employment, 5 times 8 hour shifts. a total of per week 40 hours total. The candidate will work in shifts that start at 07:00 and finish at 23:00 Mon-Sun. Night shifts are not required.
