Social Media Manager

Traders Trust is currently seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join the Marketing team. This role is crucial in driving the social media strategy, creating compelling content, and fostering meaningful interactions with audiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals;
• Create engaging and visually appealing content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.). This includes text posts, images, infographics, and videos;
• Manage and schedule social media posts using relevant scheduling tools;
• Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner;
• Build and nurture relationships with our audience, encouraging interaction and participation;
• Analyze social media data and identify trends to optimize performance and content strategy;
• Develop and manage paid social media campaigns to boost reach and achieve specific objectives;
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and platforms;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels; and
• Any other duties and responsibilities related to the role.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field in Fintech sector.
• Proven track record of growing brand awareness and engagement on social media platforms.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and interpret social media data.
• A creative and strategic mind with a passion for social media.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. 
• The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
